The game license
SKR downloaded from the App Store is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. That agreement governs use of the app. The App Store listing provides the current price, availability, compatibility and age rating for your region.
Game Center, the App Store and other Apple services are operated by Apple and have their own applicable terms. Online play depends on a working connection and the availability of Game Center.
Availability and expectations
SKR is an independently developed game. We do not promise uninterrupted online play, error-free operation, a particular competitive result, permanent preservation of local progress, or support for every future device or operating-system version. Features may need technical or security updates. This does not remove any remedy you are entitled to if the game is defective or does not match its description.
Use the game for personal entertainment and keep your device and account secure. Game Center availability and your connection can affect matches and scores. Contact hi@skr-game.xyz to report an issue; no particular support response time or future feature is promised.
Warranty and responsibility
Apple's Standard EULA contains the app's warranty exclusions and limits on liability, including where those limits do not apply. These website terms do not replace that agreement or create additional app warranties. Where the law allows, the game and this free informational website are provided as available, without an additional promise of continuous availability or suitability for a particular purpose.
For this website, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control, losses that neither side could reasonably foresee, or business losses from using the site for commercial purposes. This does not excuse responsibility for our own fault where the law requires it, or remove your rights concerning defective or misdescribed digital content.
Nothing here excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights remain in effect. If local law gives you stronger protection, that protection applies.
